  • Booking data: rental dates, pickup/return locations, driver age, driving licence number
  • Payment data: we do not store card details — payments are processed by Stripe/PayPal
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies)

  • To process and manage your car rental booking
  • To communicate with you about your booking (confirmation, reminders)
  • To comply with legal obligations (insurance, tax records)
  • To improve our website and services

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for 7 years as required by Spanish tax law. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Marketing consent records are retained until withdrawn.
